For each set of pictures that we select and published, you will receive a 70€ gift voucher.

Divissima PhotoFan

Divissima PhotoFan is a space dedicated to you and your best photos.

Only the photos with the following characteristics will be published:

Photos must be taken only with Divissima bikinis or accessories
Photos must be taken outdoors in a setting relating to the beach
Photos with the Divissima style will be preferred: sexy, captivating, funny, amusing and absolutely not vulgar
Attach a short comment (indicating the place, the name of the model and the costume she is wearing)
Send at least five photos per model
Photos with covered faces cannot be accepted
Models must be adults
By sending the material to Divissima, you automatically accept the conditions of use
We reserve the right not to publish photos without the obligation of giving any explanation for our decision.
Photos sent to us but not published shall be deleted from our database definitively

The images format must be at least 1200 x 800 pixels in .jpg format.
Send the photos to: photofan@divissima.it - if the e-mail exceeds 10MB contact Divissima to send by FTP or post.

Conditions of use

Regulations governing photographic images produced by individual users.

Offensive and/or pornographic photographs, or those which in some way might offend the sensitivities of others, are not permitted.
Photographs which depict children of either sex, partially or wholly naked, or in compromising attitudes, are not permitted.

Divissima shall update, as often as it considers necessary, the conditions of these regulations. At the moment of each modification, the date indicated at the top of each Regulation shall be updated at the same time. Each user implicitly accepts all modifications to the regulation.

Copyright

The user shall not use the Divissima PhotoFan gallery on the Divissima website to violate copyright, trademark, intellectual property rights or the privacy of anyone. Images published must be wholly the property of the user. Work conducted by more than one person or by other persons is not permitted, even if the user is the main creator or figure amongst such persons. The user shall be the only representative and the only author of the contents of the images published in their entirety.

Property of material published

The submission of images in any area of its website shall not transfer the copyright of those images to Divissima. However, the publication of photographic material on Divissima shall guarantee to Divissima a continuous, non-exclusive and international use, with free licence, to publish the material on the World Wide Web as part of the Divissima.com website for the purposes of promoting and exhibiting the site. Divissima shall not use your material without attributing it to you in person.

Uses of the website which are not permitted

The contents and material available through the website remain the property of Divissima or its users, and most of the material is protected by copyright, trademarks and other rights. The user agrees not to reproduce or distribute, or have reproduced or distributed, any material which is taken from the website, without the explicit permission of Divissima, and in the case of material protected by copyright, without the permission of the owner of the copyright, with the exception of the normal reading of viewing of such material using a Web Browser. Requests for the authorisation to reproduce or distribute material taken from the website should be sent to Divissima and to the original author of such material. The user is not relieved from the obligation to respect these conditions as a result of anonymous publication of the material, or that made through a pseudonym, or because of the impossibility of contacting the owner of the copyright, or because the material is in the public domain, or because the material is available on other websites or in any other form.

Login & Password

The user is responsible for the confidentiality of her personal information and password. The user must communicate immediately to Divissima any non-authorised use of her login & password.

Divissima reserves the right to revoke access at any moment and without appeal to those persons who violate the terms of this regulation.
