How to make a return or exchange

For Restitution you have 10 working days from the delivery of the goods to return the articles you’re not satisfied with.
Only those articles can be accepted:
- have not been worn or used
- remain in their original packaging
- accompanied by a copy of the order
- accompanied by a goods exchange/return form downloadable from this link: Goods exchange/return form.
Exchanges abd returns of goods which do not conform to the regulations above, and which do not have the Goods Exhnage/Return Form, will NOT be accepted.
Send the goods back with a copy of the delivery note by ordinary post to the following address:
Nastydiva Srl – Via Torino, 56 – 20010 Bareggio Milan – Italy.
The fixed charge and cash paid on delivery cannot be returned.
