Payments

On Divissima's site products can be paid in various ways: the client can choose which way to use. There are:

- Payment by cheque (which entails a fixed additional cost of 5 euros for delivery by registered post and of 5 euros for delivery with express courier) to be effected at the moment of product delivery. This means of payment is valid only for Italy.

- Payment by bank transfer (we remind you that your product will only be delivered after the money has been credited to our current account).
Please note the order number, which we will communicate to you via e-mail, on your transfer instructions.The bank details for the transfer will be communicated via email.

- credit cards Visa, Mastercard and Paypal

Despatch and delivery

Unless otherwise agreed, deliveries will be carried out by delivery companies chosen by NastyDiva or its proxy. In this case, and only after the delivery costs have been charged, will goods be sent at our risk.
In the event that the carrier is given full rights by the client, NastyDiva shall not be responsible for the loss of and/or damage to the product from the moment when the goods are entrusted to the delivery company at our warehouse.

Delivery costs

Nastydiva guarantees the following fixed delivery costs depending on the country of destination: (the cost for the cheque is debited only in the case of deliveries with cash on delivery)

The delivery times are only indicative. They may undergo variations as a result of force majeure or traffic conditions and the viability in general or by action of the authorities. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the delivery time shall run from the date when the transfer is confirmed as having been effected.
The delivery, saving written agreement to the contrary between the parties, shall take place in office hours: from 08.30 to 12.30 a.m., and from 13.30 to 17.30 p.m., every day from Monday to Friday.

Customs duties

Some countries may impose customs duties on imported goods. These taxes are established at the moment in which the goods enter your country. The customs duties are at the expense of the purchaser.
The customs duties indicated by Nastydiva are wholly indicative: please contact the customs authorities of your country concerning the exact amount of these duties and any limits to importation.
